    HSE Coordinator

    Role

    As part of the Corporate Services team, you will report to the Director of Corporate Services.  This full-time position will be based out of either our Fort McMurray or Leduc office.

    • Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure equipment, materials, and processes do not present a safety, health or environmental hazard.
    • Investigate and resolve health, safety and employee-related complaints.
    • Support management and employees with safety programs, participation and compliance.
    • Be familiar with all required aspects of the client and Impact’s safety plans and procedures.
    • Investigate workplace incidents, safety and ensure all documentation is provided to management.
    • Maintain and track all recordable statistics, training requirements for site-specific employee needs.
    • Prepare all statistics and documents for the HSE stakeholders and Managers.
    • Assist in investigations and prepare incident reports and summaries as necessary.
    • Assist with the development and review of Job Safety Assessments (JSA)
    • Assist with the coordination of employee training
    • Other duties as required.

    Required Qualifications & Demands

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years experience in HSE or a comparable role.
    • Experience with WCB claim management, ISNET & Avetta
    • Strong knowledge base of provincial OH&S legislation
    • National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification is an asset.
    • Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) is an asset.
    • EHS Management software (Workhub/SafetySync) is an asset.

    Role

    As a Sales Account Executive your expertise and track record of success, paired with your high energy and high level of motivation will make you a key member of the sales team. You will build strong partnerships with your customers to ensure positive customer relations company-wide. You will prospect new customers and expand the existing customer base through identifying and pushing for new business.

    The role is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory revenue budget targets. Maintain strong business relationships and establish acute marketplace knowledge and competitive advantages in technology, innovation and value add.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develops new clients through prospecting, networking, performing sales calls and travelling throughout the region.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned business accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customers’ organization.
    • Maintain company contact information and document all sales calls, customer visits and business opportunities; Coordinate and complete profile information as needed.
    • Maintain current database through the use of CRM tools while providing accurate sales reporting.
    • Work with Director of Business Development to formulate, develop, prioritize, and implement territory strategies, penetration, and business goals and objectives.
    • Stays connected to the local market conditions, communicating customer requirements and growth opportunities internally to leadership.

    Required Qualifications & Demands

    Experience, Qualifications & Education:

    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates;
    • Strong negotiation skills; ability to drive decision-making;
    • Time and territory management skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities;
    • Excellent computer skills (CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Self Motivated, strong sense of urgency, drive, and ambition;
    • Excellent communication and follow up skills;
    • A University or College Education;
    • 5+ years of sales experience;
    • Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred;
    • Ability to travel (following Covid guidelines).

    This full-time position will be based out of Leduc and will be servicing Western Canada.
